PSIA RM Fall Training

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

I just finished with PSIA-RM fall training in Breckenridge. I was honored to ski with two great teachers PSIA National Team member Nick Herrin, and PSIA legend Jerry Berg. Monday and Tuesday were chilly and snowing extremely hard. It was great. The snow conditions were fantastic. Skiing bumps on opening week, can you believe it!

golf.jpgI always wonder how the first few runs are going to feel. "Will I remember what to do?" Fortunately the answer was yes. Thank goodness for shape skis! I can tip my shoulder, hips, rotate my earlobes... it all seems to work to get the skis turn on perfectly groomed conditions. Ah, all it takes is to watch skiers like those in my group and pros like Nick and Jerry to realize there is a need to ski like a pro. Nothing beats powerful and effective skiing. Oh baby!!!

Vail%20Gondola.JPGThis monday I will be skiing with the Breckenridge Trainers. Now there is another fun group to slide with on the snow. Last year, I was the junior members of my group. I had only been teaching skiing for 15 years. Others in the group had 18-27 years of teaching experience. How cool is that!

Well, gotta run. Going to the Gym to get my rear in shape.

to your success,
Jonathan
