The above example shows how the lightbox overlay covers the flash video screen. I had to add a piece of code to the flash video to make it work.![]()

Mike Markowitz, a coach who will probably be thereOK, so here's the deal...
We went on this trip to test the feasibility of several top instructors bringing clients to Baldface and other resorts for LTR Powder sessions. We know we can deliver the best coaching in the real deal fluffy white powder for several lucky guests at a time.
The whole place to ourselves, we're talking about several snowcats, all containing similar ability levels, reserving the whole establishment for our crew. (36 guests, including coaches and photographers.)
Now, this whole thing is not yet underway, nor has a decision been made whether Burton will market the LTR Powder trip for next season. But, I personally am planning to go, with three to six guests of my own and a professional photographer. That makes eight total. There are six spots available, and I'll update this page as I begin getting confirmations. You'll have to qualify with me in terms of your riding level before you can be confirmed on the trip. You should be riding black diamond runs before the trip, although it's not required that you've ever been in deep powder before.
This is going to be the trip of a lifetime, something to do at least once in your life. The cost could be 3 to 4 thousand dollars per person. But to me, the price didn't matter at all once I was there, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat if invited to be on a snowcat trip again, especially at Baldface.
Well, your invited. Don't miss your chance to go with a professional coach and trainer. Not to mention a super-fun group and an awesome learning environment!
Use the comments form here for questions and to reserve yourself a spot on the cat.
Our trip was unbelievable! As you will see from the photos, it's amazing up in BC. The terrain is excellent, the snowcats travel in any weather, and the beautifully gladed tree skiing keeps the visibility excellent.
