Hi everybody!
My name is Jeri Lyn Mourning Salazar. I am a ski instructor at Angel Fire Resort. My certifications include Level 2 Alpine Instructor and Children's Accredidation. I also hold a master's degree in education and have taught K-12 ESL in New Mexico and Colorado. I have 15 years of experience as a ski instructor. In addition to teaching at Angel Fire, I have also instructed in Aspen, Red River and El Colorado Chile. The last several years I was a coach for Angel Fire Ski Team. I coached our amateur New Mexico skiers who were competing at USASA events such as skiercross and slopestyle. During the summer, I directed an adventure camp for children ages 5-14. We engaged in activities such as mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, art, Euro Bungy and many other fun activities.
I enjoy instructing very much. My area of expertise is children but I am certified to teach anybody with the desire to learn :) Please feel free to request me as an instructor.
