Christmas came early - Dec 24

1" reported. This day caught us by suprise. There was really 5-8" in spots. With many pockets even deeper. Ryan G. and Brad E were the crew. They both skied well. Level 9 skiers playing in the powder. We skied hard today. Cold temps and lots of snow. Especially on E-chair. Holy Cow! The powder had blown in. Inferno and Tom's Baby were very good.

Temps 5* at the top, 12* at mid. Winds were 10-20 MPH. Pretty darn cold. I had 4 layers and still had a bit of a chill.

There are still very few people here on the mountain. No lines. Perhaps the snowstorm and the problems with DIA are causing some bigger problems. I will let you know of the crowd situation at the week progresses. This could be reason for buying puts on MTN.

Today was our first shot down The Windows. 4 & 5 were sweet. Great snow. The run out was a bit of a mess however.

We'll it is about time to put some presents under the tree, and let Santa do the rest. Until tomorrow.
