Post 1 - A bluebird morning @ 8am. Temps 15. There was some snow on Saturday, but it has been sunny ever since. 25* yesterday, 39* expected today. I will be heading out onto the hill today, and report this afternoon with pictures. I just bought a HP R725 camera to shoot for the site. And to have photo galleries of students. I just had my skis tuned from Lone Star sports in Breck. I've never had a bad tune from them.
Post 2 - Snow is nice. Smooth cordoroy. Very few people on the hill. Temps are 32 as of 10am. bumps are soft, especially on the north facing slopes. A very good day to be on the hill. Peak 8 opens on friday. Ski and Ride School will be opening on that day as well. Very little wind. It may pick up as the day goes on, but due to temps in the 30's it should not be a significant factor. Wear Sunscreen, big time!
