We are having fun in Breckenridge Feb 18-23, 2007
The snow has been very good. Sunday was crowded and warm. The lines were quite large on Sunday. Monday was much better.

The skiing was incredible today. Lots of snow 1-2 feet. The snow had plenty of body today. It wasn't like yesterdays Colorado Fluff. We hit the North Bowl and a variety of good powder hits in the morning.

Maybe I am an idealist.
But when policy or procedures are not in alignment with the underlying Principle of a business, venture, or lifestyle then we have a disconnect.

Feb 15 and 16, 2007 - Snow is Flying in Breckenridge
February 15 was nice. But with snow falling all night. It is really nice out now.
Thursday's snow was fun and deep in the windows!! Everywhere else the snow was good, although windblown and dense. Avis's Alley was soft, and the rest of the Northbowl was good by tricky.

Happy Valentine's Day from Breckenridge. I'm loving the freedom
White Roses for everyone. The new snow is beautiful. I look forward to teaching a Big Mtn Experience lesson tomorrow. The Breck Snow report say 5". Perhaps, but that is what I shovelled around my home.

Babes Day 4 - Skiing the Hard Snow
February 9th, 2007 was much nicer than the previous week. 2/2/2007 was blizzard filled. High winds, snow, lift closures, etc. However, the week saw some temperatures in the 40's and 50's. Anything facing south was hammered with sun.

February 10, 2007. Snow in Breck, finally
Very nice day to ski. Light snow until 2. It was very nice to be skiing with the temps in the 20's. Skied with the level 9 group today. Very fun bunch of folks.

February 8, 2007 Skiing Breckenridge with Geoff
The day was beautiful. It started off sunny, but to stay cool we headed for the upper lifts. Around 11:30 the clouds and wind started. No new snow yet.

The temps shot up to the 40's Mon-Tues-Weds. Too warm. The snow has been beaten up. The dense snow we received over the weekend, has melted and firmed up on the south facing slopes. North facing slopes are still very good.

Just got through some cold days in Breckenridge Feb 1-2
Today started out "warmer". It is +12* at 6:45am on Sat Feb 3. The driving conditions are very difficult. The wind is blowing very hard. Here is the forcast:
