The temps shot up to the 40’s Mon-Tues-Weds. Too warm. The snow has been beaten up. The dense snow we received over the weekend, has melted and firmed up on the south facing slopes. North facing slopes are still very good.

What a crazy week it’s been. I’ve been out of commission for a few days. I guess my body needed a rest.

I was feeling a little better today, I decided to get some chops in the Pipe. I ski right side of the ok, but still am challenged on the left wall. It will just take some practice. I will hike the pipe a few times each day for the rest of the year. I am going to ski the pipes well by next National Team Selection.
I just want to be able to get this far out of the pipe by the end of the year

Anyway, the snow was great on the weekend. Unfortunately the warm weather, goofed it up. I tuned my skis this afternoon, and waxed warm.
I look forward to seeing you on the hill,
Jon
