If you can’t say something nice….
Well finally today we have received snow. I hope it keeps coming. I am looking forward to a good weekend of skiing.

If you can’t say something nice….
Well finally today we have received snow. I hope it keeps coming. Yesterday (Wednesday) was one of the worst snow days of the year. However, there were still pockets of good snow. George’s Thumb, Windows, and E-Chair. Other than that, it was rock hard and variable. The past three weeks have been warm. Morning hard snow, and afternoon slush. Wednesday it never warmed up enough to soften.

Today I skied with Eric and Macke, and we enjoyed the change of fortune. 4-7″ fell on the mountain. We enjoyed our time in the North Bowl. Trees and powder on fun black diamond terrain. It was a hoot. Our focus on monday and tuesday was skiing through the transition of the turn without over twisting to initiate the turn.

We played in moderate bumps, the trees of North Bowl, and on groomed blue runs. What would it feel like to be in balance as we moved into the turn? Lift your toes up to flex your ankles and find out.

As I look outside at 3:15 in the afternoon I see continued snow. It has been snowing since 6pm last night. I am crossing my fingers for even more for the weekend. I am skiing with the “babes” tomorrow and my Lvl9 group on sunday.

Macke and Rick, I think you will appreciate this ad. It is a matter a perspective, eh?
